This Privacy Policy explains how Shiny Pebble Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit getconnectedfast.com (the "Site") or call the phone number listed on it. Get Connected Fast is a free service that helps you find internet plans and connects you with internet service providers (ISPs) that serve your address. We are not an internet provider and do not sell internet service.

Information we collect

• Call information. When you call the number on the Site, your call may be routed and connected through us and our call-routing partners. The call, your phone number, and the details you share — such as your address and current provider — may be collected, recorded, and monitored for quality, training, and routing purposes.
• Availability searches. When you check availability, we collect the ZIP code or street address you enter. Street addresses are sent to the U.S. Census Bureau's geocoding service — a U.S. government service — to convert them to map coordinates so we can look up the providers that serve that location. We cache the result (the address text and its coordinates) to make repeat lookups faster; that cache is not linked to your name, phone number, IP address, or any account. Our search analytics record area-level information only (such as ZIP code and state), not the address you typed.
• Approximate location. We use your IP address to estimate your city so we can show plans and availability near you. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Usage data. Like most websites, we may automatically collect device, browser, and interaction data through cookies and similar technologies and analytics tools.

How we use information

• To find available plans and connect you with an appropriate internet service provider at your address.
• To operate, secure, measure, and improve the Site and our service.
• To prevent fraud and comply with applicable laws.

How we share information

When you call, we share the information necessary to connect you with one internet service provider you choose so they can present and confirm the plans available at your address. We may also share information with vendors who provide call routing, hosting, and analytics on our behalf; with the U.S. Census Bureau's geocoding service to resolve street addresses you enter for availability checks; and as required by law. Once connected, any information you provide directly to a provider is governed by that provider's own privacy practices, not this Policy.

Availability lookups from AI assistants

Our availability data is also offered as a tool that AI assistants (such as ChatGPT or Claude) can use on your behalf. When a lookup reaches us that way, we receive only what the assistant sends — a ZIP code or a street address — along with basic technical data. Street addresses are handled exactly as described above, and each lookup is logged under a random identifier with ZIP- and state-level location only. We do not receive your name, account details, or conversation from the assistant. Anything you share with the assistant itself is governed by that assistant's own privacy policy, not this one.

Calls may be recorded

By calling the number on the Site, you consent to the recording and monitoring of your call for quality, training, compliance, and routing purposes, where permitted by law.

Your choices

• You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not work as intended.
• Depending on your state (for example, California, Colorado, or Virginia), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing or "sale" of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We do not sell personal information for money.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
